1-Naphthaleneacetic acid is a plant growth regulator that promotes plant root growth. 1-Naphthaleneacetic acid promotes cell division and expansion, induces the formation of adventitious roots, increases fruit setting, prevents fruit drop.1-Naphthaleneacetic acid can enter the plant through the tender epidermis and seeds of leaves and branches, and is transported to the action site along with the nutrient flow. It is commonly used in wheat, rice, cotton, tea, mulberry, tomato, apple, melon, potato, forest, etc. It is a good plant growth stimulating hormone.
Recommended dosage on different crops
1.Wheat, rice: Soaking them with naphthalene acetic acid solution 20-40mg/L for (6-12 hours) or spraying them during growth period. It can promote growth, early maturity and increase yield.
2.Cotton: Spraying the leaves with 10-20mg/L naphthalene acetic acid solution during the flowering period of cotton. It can increase the yield of cotton.
3. Watermelon: Spraying it with 30-50mg/L naphthalene acetic acid solution at the flowering stage of watermelon, spray once every 7-10d, spray a total of 4-5 times, which can promote the growth of watermelon fruit.
4.Pear tree: Spraying it with 40mg/L solution in the flowering period of pear trees. It can save labor and have good effect for fruit thinning.
5.Melon: Spraying flowers with 200-300mg/L naphthalene acetic acid solution during the flowering period . It can increase the fruit setting rate of melon.
